The Maryland Society of Accountants organized organized to protect the rights of all accountants both licensed and unlicensed to practice their profession within the State of Maryland. Blair & Associates is an active member of the Society as both a committee member and a frequent speaker and facilitator for several conferences.

Carroll County Chamber of Commerce
The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce exists to promote a sound economic environment in which our business community can prosper. Blair & Associates is a proud member of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber provides Carroll County businesses with many business and economic resources and tools to help all businesses compete in any economic environment.

South Carroll Business Association
Blair & Associates is a proud member of the South Carroll Business Association (SCBA), which is a network of local business owners and managers providing opportunities, referrals and partnerships in cooperation and support of our fellow members and neighbors. SCBA provides members the opportunity to showcase their products and services to other members, the general public, and the business community.

Hampstead Business Association
The purpose of the HBA, a non-profit organization, is to educate and improve the commercial and economic environment of the Town of Hampstead and the immediate area by promoting Hampstead as a trade and market area. The HBA supports all current businesses and encourages new businesses to better service the consumer in our area while increasing the amount of local purchasing.

Michael's many civic activities include coaching with the North Carroll Soccer Club, fundraising activities with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and speaking and group facilitation for the Maryland Society of Accountants.
