As the Principal of Blair & Associates, Inc., I take pride in knowing each client's financial potential and then guiding them to financial fulfillment. I learned from a young age that through hard work and dedication, you can be successful in anything you attempt. I grew up in Martinsburg, West Virginia on our family orchard known as Rosemary Orchards. After completing high school, I attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. I then went to work for several local CPA firms in the Mid- Atlantic Area. In 1988, I received my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, and in 1992, I earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

After more than twenty years of experience in the accounting, tax, financial planning, and business consulting fields, in 1994 I took a leap of faith and started my own firm. I’m proud to say that Blair & Associates, Inc. is going strong. My family and I have lived in Carroll County since 1992. We enjoy the beauty and serenity of the rolling farm land and take advantage of a wide variety of outdoor activities and special events that our community offers.
